What is the Difference Between Spring water, Mineral Water & Tap Water?

Your body is made up of water. Without water your body could not carry on. Water gives you strength to keep going and keeps you healthy. You body starts to break down if you do not drink it within 3 days. Your body could last with no food for almost 3 weeks however water is a different story. You could say it is the most important thing for your body to carry on moving and doing your every day life.

Water needs to be absorbed several times a day, these can be in forms of tea, coffee, juice but the best thing for your body is "Just Water" Women should aim to drink a minimum of 2.2 litres where men need or should have at least 3 litres.

The question we are asking is, which water between Spring, Mineral and tap water is the best?
